- Location data: With your permission, we collect location data to track field technician routes and provide estimated arrival times to hospitals. Location is collected in the background only for active service visits.
- Camera and media: With your permission, we access your camera and photo library to capture and attach images or videos to service requests and comments.
- Push notifications: With your permission, we send notifications about ticket updates, assignments, and system alerts.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Manage and process service requests between hospitals and our technicians.
- Coordinate field technician dispatch and track service visit progress.
- Provide guided self-diagnosis flows to reduce unnecessary service calls.
- Send notifications about ticket status updates, technician assignments, and visit schedules.

- Within your organization: Hospital administrators can see data related to their hospital's service requests, machines, and staff.
- Between hospitals and Vida: Service request data is shared between hospital staff and Vida technicians to facilitate service delivery.
- Service providers: We use trusted third-party services for hosting (Supabase), cloud infrastructure, and push notifications. These providers process data on our behalf under strict agreements.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
5. Data Storage and Security
- Data is stored on secure servers hosted by Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit.
- We enforce row-level security to ensure hospital data isolation — each hospital can only access its own data.
- Authentication is handled through Supabase Auth with secure token management.
- We implement role-based access control to restrict data access based on user roles.
